After purchase, you'll receive an email with a design brief form. Fill it out with your ideas, references, and any specific requirements. Our design team will reach out within 24 hours to start the consultation process.

Will I see drafts before it's final?

Yes! You'll receive digital proofs for review. We include unlimited revisions with every package, so we'll keep refining until you're 100% satisfied with the design.

How do I order the actual items?

Once your design is approved, you'll get access to private product pages where you can order any garment type with your custom design. Simply add items to your cart and check out like any regular order.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order required. You can order as few as one item. Volume discounts kick in at 3+ items, so the more you order, the more you save.

How do I share my design idea?

After purchase, you'll fill out a simple design brief. You can share sketches, reference images, color preferences, text ideas, or even just describe what you want. Our team will work with whatever you provide.

What happens after the design is done?
